Eduard Buchner (German pronunciation: [ˈeːduaʁt ˈbuːxnɐ] (listen); 20 May 1860 – 13 August 1917) was a German chemist and zymologist, awarded the 1907 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his work on fermentation.
